Despite heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures in the run up to the show, we think this years KBB has been busiest and best yet!  During the build-up, temperatures plummeted to -5°C but with the help of thick thermal jumpers and a steady flow of hot drinks the KitchenEX team are extremely proud to have constructed one of our most ambitious stands to date.

The Beast from the East didn’t deter visitors from heading to Birmingham NEC and KBB welcomed over 15,000 delegates into the exhibition halls and our stand was incredibly busy throughout the show with more high-quality customers than ever before.

Vicky Harris, Director at KitchenEX says “This was our largest stand to date with more appliances on display than ever before. Now that both the ILVE and Faber brands are well established in the UK, we were thrilled to welcome, not only current customers but more new potential retailers than ever before”

Particularly of interest to visitors, were Faber’s newly upgraded Flight hoods with micro LEDs and more powerful motors .Visitors were also particularly impressed with the unveiling of the new Faber Hob Extractor which incorporates the hob and hood in one single appliance and will be coming into the market soon.

Visitors also commented on the breadth of hoods available from Faber, specifically their range of ceiling hoods which has grown significantly from 2 models to over 10 and now includes 2 new models, the Heaven Lite and Heaven Compact.

ILVE is always well received at KBB and not just because of the live cooking demos. This year new, much larger cavities, as well as new soft closing doors and internal oven lighting have been introduced on a number of their models with more to follow throughout the year.

Overall the show was a great success for us and as usual we wowed customers old and new and rewarded everyone with a slice of pizza and a glass of fizz.
