Kitchen specialist expands with Sheffield showroom and new Marketing Executive
As part of their growth strategy KitchenEX want to ensure that retailers are supported fully in terms of increased customer care.
Appointing their first Marketing Executive Katrina Cacace is a vital step in supporting the continued growth of the business. Katrina has spent the last six years working in lead marketing roles across the FMCG sector which will be an invaluable resource as she seeks to maximise the impact of new product introductions, and client-customer relationships.
Katrina explains “I am very excited about joining KitchenEX and the challenge of working with these 2 prestigious brands. I will be implementing a new plan to include traditional media relations, social and digital communication, advocacy relations, community relations and b-to-b marketing across all channels. Instead of predictable self-promotion, we will create the right story and tell it with energy, authenticity and a healthy dash of Italian flare.”
KitchenEX have reported record growth figures for revenue and profitability in the last financial year, largely due to the quality of the Faber and ILVE appliances and their highly respected reputation globally.
KitchenEX have moved to a much larger premises to accommodate the expanding team.
The new KitchenEX premises are at the Meadowhall Business Park (MBP) development in Sheffield and will strengthen their UK offering. It is expected up to 3 new posts will be created this year, most of which will be focused around customer service management and sales.
“We are proud to announce the establishment of our first ever showroom for ILVE and Faber appliances. It will allow trade buyers to view an extensive range of Faber and ILVE appliances and will feature events, demos and training throughout the year” says Vicky Harris, Director.
Faber and ILVE are both manufactured in Italy and are at the forefront of technology when it comes to kitchen appliances.
Faber designed the first cooker hood over 60 years ago and have since transformed the hood from a humble furnishing accessory into an essential item of kitchen equipment – safe, stylish and functional.
ILVE are one of the leading premium cooker manufacturers in Europe and offer an extensive collection of both range cookers and built-in cooking appliances with an impressive array of styles, colours and sizes; all hand-built with an exceptionally high level of detail, reliability and functionality.
Many kitchen appliance suppliers attempt ‘put the customer first’ but not all are able to follow this through. Key to KitchenEX’s success, is to provide retailers and consumers alike with a “human” approach to customer service, ensuring that issues are dealt with promptly and requests for information are treated as a priority by individuals who truly care about their customers.
From a commercial perspective, a business should aim to increase customer contact, ensure the customer journey is as fluid as possible, create outstanding aftersales service and finally invest in traditional and digital marketing capabilities.
KitchenEX is supporting these key objectives with their growth strategy and their appointment of their first Marketing Executive who joins their multi-faceted and diverse group of professionals within their team.
