A message from KitchenEX

As we continue into the third year of the pandemic, our KitchenEX family want to send our love and support to both our retailers and consumers alike. We understand that these are extremely frustrating and difficult times for many, but we do believe we will get through this by working together. Please do keep in touch.

All of our staff are working from home and can be contacted as normal on the office@kitchenex.co.uk and their direct dial numbers.

What does this mean for ILVE appliances?

For ILVE it is business as usual. Our normal deliveries from Italy are currently on track and we have increased stock of popular sizes and models. We have good lead times from 8 - 12 weeks for built-to-order cookers.

What does this mean for Faber?

For Faber, it is also business as usual. We have increased our stock levels of most cooker hoods so they can be with you in a working week.

We are working hard to keep connected with all of our retailers and consumers. We will continue to follow any Government guidance and will keep you updated if there are any changes. Stay safe.
